1.1 Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

1.2 Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

1.3 Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Damaged or misused items.

2. Process for Returns

2.1 To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@lightingafrica.co.ke or visit our store at the Junction of Luthuli Avenue, Mfangano Street, and Gaberoni Rd, Nairobi, Kenya.

2.2 Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.

2.3 Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product.
  • An incorrect item delivered by us.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

3.2 If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3.3 Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered items.

4.1 Items eligible for return can also be exchanged for similar products of equal value, subject to availability.

4.2 If the desired exchange item is out of stock, customers may:
